Billi has provided non-emergency medical transportation to the Northeast Michigan area for 9 years, establishing a business attitude of providing exceptional customer service, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy to her clients. Taking her CPA accounting background and combining it with everything she learned while dealing with insurance companies, including all the headaches, Billi created a full-service revenue management company. Billi has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Saginaw Valley State University and is accredited as a Certified Medical Revenue Manager (CMRM) by the Medical Revenue Management Association of America (MRMAA), an organization that provides training, support and certification for individuals seeking to specialize in the revenue cycle management for smaller private practices.
